Meat Studies Fail to Apply GRADE Properly

Eight years ago, I started JSHealth Vitamins with a dream to help women feel truly well from the inside out. I never could have imagined the global community we’d build together — you all mean so much to me.

I have learned that the journey really is the best part and I wanted to share my reflections with you, where we started to where we are now…

I studied health and nutrition for five years after school. It changed my own relationship with food and my body image, and I wanted to help others find the same freedom.

After graduating, I went into private practice where I saw face-to-face what women were going through — some of the best moments of my career.

I started this blog to share my own (very real!) struggles with fad dieting, body image, and disorder eating. I wanted to find a better way and share it with people. So, we created the JSHealth Program and App to help women embody the Healthy Life philosophy and embrace body love.

I had this burning desire to create transformative supplements for women and make them more relatable. Because of my time in the clinic, I knew which ingredients would move the needles for my customers.

Suddenly, a business was born. Hair + Energy was our first product, after discovering our miracle kelp complex. Dean (my husband) joined as CEO after time in the tech and property industries. We started with a team of five, many of them are still with us today.

We were creating recipes for the blog and app daily, whilst formulating new supplements and creating best-selling health books. From making protein balls to making vitamins — it was all the same mission that kept me building JSHealth: helping people feel confident and nourished from within.

As the first few products started to take off because of customer reviews and results, we were able to continue expanding the range. We simply listened to our customer needs.

Our team kept growing and we were able to move into our first real office in Sydney. It was such a highlight!

Due to organic customer demand, we started expanding internationally and launched into leading retailers around the world. We formed offices in the US, UK, and Australia. We employ over 60 strong and incredible people (mostly women!).

We continue to create quality products, with love, care, and integrity as the core of everything we do. It is an honor to be able to come to work every day knowing that we get to help people feel well.

It’s hard to put into words how deeply grateful I am to build a brand with a team and community I admire so much.

After eight years, the most powerful part of JSHealth isn’t just the products — it’s the incredible community and customer-led company we’ve built together. Every message you’ve sent, every review you’ve written, every time you’ve told a friend about JSHealth… that’s what keeps me going. You are the heart of this brand.

With love,

Jess xx
